PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. When you place your order, these items are reserved for YOU and taken out of our available stock. When your item arrives in our boutique, we will immediately ship it to you! Each item will have an approximate date it will ship from the designers to our boutique.
Pre-ordered items can be purchased either of two ways:
1. You may pre-order merchandise from Little Miss Sassy Pants' website and pay for your items in full-- your credit card will then be charged at that time.
OR
2. You may e-mail or phone us with your pre-order list and we will take a 25% deposit towards the items you wish to order. You can also request the 25% deposit while checking out, we manually process the credit cards here in the boutique.
The balance will be due when your items arrive at Little Miss Sassy Pants Boutique.
Because the item(s) you purchased are especially for you and would no longer be available to purchase, and inventory is replenished, any canceled orders/item(s) will be subject to a 20% non refundable cancellation fee.
If the manufacturer decides not to produce a specific style, or if they do not ship that style to us for any reason, you will be refunded your
deposit.
